Machete involved in altercation in central Limburg
Several altercations took place in central Limburg between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. on 1 December. In Grabenstraße, several people were allegedly fighting and one participant reportedly held a machete and struck a streetlight with it. Following searches in the surrounding area, police identified participants and arrested a suspect carrying a machete. One man was knocked to the ground, injured and taken to hospital. Police later reported a separate altercation at the Graupfortstraße car park, where several people suffered eye irritation from an irritant spray.
