35-year-old seriously injured after attack in Leipzig
A 35-year-old man was seriously injured in Leipzig on 16 September when he was attacked by a group. He was found at the corner of Eisenbahnstraße and Hedwigstraße and taken to hospital. Witnesses had previously seen an altercation between Rabet and Hermann-Liebmann-Straße. The five to six attackers, who fled, were reportedly carrying knife-like objects and also threw chairs from a café terrace. A passing car was damaged in the process. Police are investigating on suspicion of dangerous bodily harm.
