Minor remanded after robbery involving knife-like object
At Leipzig's central stop on 13 January, two suspects are alleged to have searched a 20-year-old man against his will for valuables and taken personal belongings. When the man demanded his property back, the minor suspect allegedly displayed a knife-like object in order to retain the stolen items.
A 19-year-old is said to have persuaded the younger accomplice to return some of the belongings. Both men left the scene but were located by responding police officers nearby. A detention warrant was executed against the minor suspect, who was remanded in custody. Investigations on suspicion of aggravated robbery are continuing.
