Man seriously injured in stabbing during dispute in Leipzig
A 24-year-old man was seriously injured during a dispute in Selliner Straße in Leipzig-Lausen-Grünau on 11 January. He sustained a stabbing injury and required emergency medical and surgical treatment in hospital.
Police said he had first become involved in a verbal argument with a 38-year-old man, followed by a physical confrontation. Criminal investigators are investigating the 38-year-old and the circumstances and background of the incident.
