Man threatens witnesses with folding knife outside bar in Leer
A 57-year-old intoxicated man allegedly threatened several witnesses with a folding knife outside a bar on Ostersteg in Leer at around 02:40 on Sunday. The witnesses had approached him because of a head injury. An 18-year-old then hit the man in the face; he fell to the ground and was treated in hospital. Police secured the folding knife and opened criminal proceedings.
