Traveller threatened with knife at Lauffen station

An 18-year-old traveller is alleged to have been threatened with a knife on platform 2 at Lauffen am Neckar station at about 8:30 a.m. on 30 April. According to the Federal Police, an unknown man approached him and, after the traveller indicated that he did not want any interaction, took a knife from his pocket and opened it in front of him. The traveller reportedly restrained the suspect's hand and physically fended him off. The unknown man fled after police were called. Federal Police are investigating on suspicion of making threats.
