Man seriously injured in stabbing in Cologne
A 34-year-old man was taken to hospital with stab wounds to his upper body after an altercation outside a pub on Höninger Weg at the Zollstockgürtel junction in Cologne early on Sunday. Initial findings indicate that two unknown men allegedly punched and kicked him during a dispute at around 4:40 a.m. One of them is alleged to have seriously injured him by stabbing him in the upper body. Both suspected attackers fled. Police have formed a homicide investigation team and are seeking witnesses.
