Teenager remanded after knife attack in Kirchheim unter Teck
On New Year's Eve, a 22-year-old man was beaten and, according to investigators, critically injured with a knife in a car park on Marie-Curie-Straße in Kirchheim unter Teck. The attack followed an altercation involving several young men in the early hours of New Year's Day. An immediate operation at a hospital averted an acute threat to the victim's life. On 30 January, police searched the homes of five suspected participants. A minor alleged to be the main suspect was arrested and an existing warrant was executed. Four other suspects remain at liberty while the investigation continues.
