Man arrested after stabbing injuries in Kiel
After a joint New Year's Eve celebration, a 20-year-old man accompanied an acquaintance to the latter's apartment in Kiel. At about 2:50 a.m. on 1 January, the 31-year-old is alleged to have suddenly attacked him and inflicted two stab injuries with intent to kill. The injured man received hospital treatment and was released later that day. Police arrested the suspect, who was due to be brought before a local court.
