Man attacks police officers with a knife in Kiel
Police officers arrested a 30-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman in Kiel after investigators identified them as suspects in a petrol-station robbery in Hersbruck. During the arrest on 23 September, the man suddenly attacked the officers with a knife. Officers overpowered him, and none of them was injured. Warrants were issued for both suspects, while the man also faces an investigation over the attack on law-enforcement officers and attempted dangerous bodily harm.
