Man injured in knife attack in Kiel
Following a verbal argument on Brunswiker Straße in Kiel early on 22 January, a 30-year-old man is alleged to have attacked a 36-year-old man with a knife. The injured man said he avoided a stabbing motion aimed at his upper body, but the blade struck him in the buttock area. A passer-by is said to have intervened, after which the suspect fled. Police arrested him shortly afterwards and secured the knife. Investigators are treating the case as dangerous bodily harm and are seeking witnesses, especially the passer-by.
