Man threatens driver with knife in Kevelaer
Following a dispute between two drivers, a man is alleged to have threatened a 24-year-old driver with a knife in Kevelaer on 8 February. Police said the unidentified man had first confronted the driver aggressively on Kevelaerer Straße in Winnekendonk and then followed him to Kevelaer. At a car park on Marktstraße, he allegedly approached the driver while holding a knife. The 24-year-old fled, was pursued and threatened. After he fell, the man is alleged to have taken the driver's lost headphones. Criminal police are investigating and seeking witnesses.
