Serious knife robbery in Kempten solved
Early on 1 August, a 42-year-old man was robbed near Kaufbeurer Straße and Franz-Sperr-Straße in Kempten. The offender allegedly attacked him with a knife and made stabbing motions towards his upper body, which the man was able to fend off. The offender tore away his shoulder bag and fled, while the victim sustained minor injuries. Criminal police substantiated suspicion against a 32-year-old man, who was arrested. An investigating judge ordered pre-trial detention, and the investigation is continuing.
