Man remanded after alleged knife injury in Kehl
A physical dispute between two men allegedly took place in a rear courtyard in Kehl on the evening of 20 October. One of the men was reportedly injured with a knife and required surgery in hospital. Police said the 26-year-old was not in life-threatening condition. A 36-year-old suspect was arrested at his home and later brought before an investigating judge, who ordered pre-trial detention on urgent suspicion of dangerous bodily harm. Whether a pistol was also involved and what led to the dispute remain under investigation.
