Man allegedly injured father with kitchen knife in Kaufbeuren
An adult man allegedly attacked his father with a kitchen knife at an apartment in Kaufbeuren on January 3. The older man sustained a stab wound that police said was not life-threatening and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Police arrested the suspect. The kitchen knife was later found outside the apartment. A judge ordered the man's placement in a clinic the following day, and criminal police are investigating.
