Man allegedly threatens two people with knife in Kaiserslautern
A 47-year-old man allegedly threatened two people at a grocery store on Fruchthallstraße in Kaiserslautern on Monday. Police said a knife was reportedly involved, while witnesses also reported seeing a man with a bread knife in the pedestrian zone. Officers found him outside a shopping centre and recovered a fruit knife, but no bread knife. He was temporarily taken into custody. He is under investigation on suspicion of making threats and shoplifting.
