Man injured with knife in attempted robbery in Itzehoe
A 29-year-old man was injured during an attempted robbery in an apartment building on Hindenburgstraße in Itzehoe on 15 August. At about 12:45, an unidentified man allegedly tried to take his shoulder bag in the stairwell. When the victim held on to the bag, the attacker stabbed him in the shoulder area with a knife, police said. The injured man ran from the building, and the suspect initially followed him before fleeing towards Holzkamp. Criminal police are investigating attempted aggravated robbery and dangerous bodily harm.
