Man draws knife during dispute at Iserlohn festival
A 46-year-old man is alleged to have threatened security staff with a knife at the site of the “Genuss Pur” cultural event in Iserlohn on 15 August. Earlier, security staff had ordered him to leave after a physical dispute involving his 18-year-old daughter and a 67-year-old man. When security staff approached him again near the Bauernkirche, he is alleged to have drawn the knife. Police officers restrained the man and his daughter, and the man is being investigated, among other matters, for making threats and violating weapons legislation.
