Man seriously injured in altercation in Hildburghausen
A 24-year-old man was seriously injured during an altercation involving several people at the market square in Hildburghausen on the evening of 12 May. According to the current investigation, two men aged 22 and 29 are alleged to have injured him with a knife and a beer bottle.
The injured man was taken to hospital for treatment. Officers found no weapons during a search of an apartment used by the suspected offenders. Police are investigating dangerous bodily harm and seeking witnesses.
