Man threatens police officers with knife in Heilbronn

A 44-year-old man allegedly threatened police officers with a knife on the night before Friday on Mönchseestraße in Heilbronn. Officers had stopped him because of his conspicuous riding on an e-bike. After he became aggressive, threw aside his backpack, took a knife from his trouser pocket, opened it and moved towards the officers, they drew their weapons and ordered him to put the knife down. He threw the knife onto the ground, was then restrained and resisted. He was taken to the police station and spent the night in a cell.
