Five injured after altercation in Frankfurt-Nied
A 19-year-old was seriously injured during an altercation involving several people in Frankfurt-Nied on the evening of 13 August. Police found him near Alzeyer Straße and Landauer Straße with stab and cut wounds and took him to hospital. Witnesses had previously reported a loud dispute and the use of a blank-firing gun, after which a vehicle drove away at high speed. Four further people later sought treatment and may be linked to the altercation, police said. They sustained minor injuries from pepper spray. Investigators are examining the background and whether other people were involved.
