Knife robbery at Heidenheim petrol station
A masked man robbed a petrol station on Nördlinger Straße in Heidenheim on Sunday evening. He threatened the sole employee, a 20-year-old man, with a knife and demanded cash. The employee put money from the till into a plastic bag brought by the offender. The unknown man then fled on foot with the proceeds towards the Heidenheim fairground. A police search was unsuccessful and criminal investigators are continuing their inquiries.
