Man stabbed multiple times during dispute in Hanover
Two cleaning staff members were injured in an altercation at a hotel on Vahrenwalder Straße in Hanover on 29 September. A 21-year-old man is alleged to have injured his 26-year-old counterpart with a metal bar, while the 26-year-old is alleged to have stabbed the younger man multiple times. The 21-year-old sustained life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital, but is no longer in life-threatening condition. The 26-year-old was slightly injured, arrested at the scene and taken into custody. Police are investigating on suspicion of attempted manslaughter and dangerous bodily harm.
