Man seriously injured by stabbing in Hanover dispute
A 26-year-old man was seriously injured by stabbing during the night of 26 August 2025 following a dispute at Kantplatz in Hanover-Kleefeld. Police said he had met there with a 36-year-old man and accompanying people. During the dispute, the suspect stabbed the 26-year-old and then fled. Officers gave first aid, and emergency medical staff took the injured man to hospital. He remained in intensive care after emergency surgery. Police are searching for the suspect and investigating on suspicion of dangerous bodily harm.
