Armed robbery of motorist near Hann. Münden
Two masked men robbed a motorist on the B 80 near Hann. Münden at around 12:45 a.m. on 15 January. Police said that a dark car had followed the 35-year-old from Reinhardshagen before pulling in front of his vehicle shortly before the boundary of Hann. Münden. Its occupants forced him to stop. The two men then allegedly got out, threatened the driver with a knife and demanded cash. The man handed over several hundred euros in business takings and was not injured. The offenders fled towards Hann. Münden in a dark saloon car, believed to be a newer BMW. Police are investigating and seeking witnesses.
