Three unknown suspects allegedly demanded cash at a shop on Ulmer Straße in Augsburg on 15 January. According to police, two of them threatened the 66-year-old cashier with a knife while a third suspect waited outside the shop. The cashier sustained minor injuries during a subsequent scuffle. No cash was handed over, but one of the unknown suspects stole tobacco products of low value. The suspects fled, and an immediate search has so far been unsuccessful.
