Employee threatened with knife in Hamburg betting-shop robbery

A man allegedly threatened a 66-year-old employee with a knife and demanded cash at a betting shop on Schanzenstraße in Hamburg-Sternschanze at about 22:42 on 7 June. According to the investigation so far, he entered shortly before closing after claiming that he wanted to use the toilets. He then fled in an unknown direction with the cash. The employee was not injured. An immediate search did not result in an arrest, and the investigation is continuing.
