Quad rider injured with knife in dispute near Haldensleben
A 47-year-old quad rider was injured with a knife on 8 March at about 14:05 on a track south of the Mittelland Canal near Haldensleben. Police said a dispute had previously occurred between the quad rider and two pedestrians. The male pedestrian is also alleged to have damaged a tyre on the quad. The injured man was treated in hospital. A search for the perpetrator and his female companion, including the deployment of a police helicopter, did not locate them.
