Man threatens mother with knife at Hagen central station
A 53-year-old man allegedly threatened a mother with a knife outside Hagen central station. She had previously told him to stop alleged exhibitionistic conduct after he was said to have sought eye contact with her teenage daughter and the girl's teenage friend. According to federal police, he made stabbing motions with the knife towards the woman. Officers located him at the bus station, where he was reportedly carrying the knife ready to hand. They provisionally detained him, seized the knife and placed him in custody to prevent further offences. Investigators opened proceedings for threats and exhibitionistic acts.
