Man threatens woman with folding knife in Hagen
A 20-year-old man allegedly followed his girlfriend and her companion by car in Hagen-Wehringhausen on 16 April. At an intersection, he and another man are said to have blocked the women's vehicle by positioning their car in its path. The 20-year-old allegedly tried to open the car doors and later returned carrying a folding knife. According to the woman, he struck a window, displayed the folded knife and threatened her.
Police located the man. A criminal complaint was filed, and he was barred from returning to the woman's home address for 14 days.
