Passer-by threatened with knife at Hagen central station
A 44-year-old man allegedly approached a 37-year-old passer-by near Hagen central station at around 0:40 a.m. on 16 April and threatened him while displaying a knife. The passer-by reported the incident to police and left Berliner Platz. Officers found the suspect there and initially ordered him to leave the area. After he failed to comply, they took him into custody. Police seized the knife and a crowbar from him, and a criminal complaint for making threats was filed.
