Man remanded in custody after fatal stabbing injury in Gütersloh
A 46-year-old resident of a homeless shelter in Gütersloh died on 4 August from a stabbing injury to the chest and neck area. Investigators said he may previously have argued with a 61-year-old neighbour, who is suspected of inflicting the fatal injury. The 61-year-old is under urgent suspicion. Following his appearance before Bielefeld Local Court, a pre-trial detention order was issued on suspicion of manslaughter.
