Man seriously injured with knife during attack in Grimmen
A 27-year-old man was seriously injured in the leg with a knife during a confrontation in a flat on Grellberger Straße in Grimmen. Police said four people had unlawfully entered the flat. A verbal dispute was followed by attacks on people who were inside. Two minors sustained minor injuries, and while fleeing, the suspects also slightly injured an uninvolved 60-year-old woman by throwing a glass bottle at her shoulder. The seriously injured man was taken to a hospital in Greifswald after emergency medical treatment; there was no danger to life. The suspects fled, and criminal police are investigating.
