Man holds knife during confrontation in Giessen
A 22-year-old man exposed himself in Sudetenlandstrasse in Giessen on 10 October. When passers-by addressed him, he approached them while holding a small knife. Police officers provisionally detained the man. He was assessed at a psychiatric hospital and admitted there.
