Two men seriously injured after altercation in Gera
Two men were found with serious stab wounds in central Gera on 22 February following an altercation. According to the investigation so far, a confrontation occurred between 00:50 and 01:45 near an evening venue at Humboldtstraße and Clara-Zetkin-Straße, involving the two men and at least one other person. The injured men then walked to the main railway station, where a railway employee found them and alerted emergency services. Both are now out of danger. Criminal police are investigating attempted homicide and seeking witnesses.
