Man threatens relatives and police officers with box cutter in Gera
During a domestic dispute in Gera, a 44-year-old man allegedly threatened his wife and mother with a knife or an axe. When police were called to Felbrigstraße at about 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, he also allegedly threatened attending officers with a box cutter. Officers overpowered the man, and no one was injured. He was initially placed in a specialist medical facility. Police are investigating him on suspicion of making threats.
