Man threatens woman and teenager with knife in Fürstenwalde
A 46-year-old man allegedly threatened his former partner with a knife inside an apartment on Frankfurter Straße in Fürstenwalde late on 9 June. Her teenage son was also allegedly threatened, and police said the man also made threats against her new partner.
The man remained aggressive after officers arrived and did not comply with their instructions. Police used pepper spray and then a conducted-energy device to end his resistance. He was temporarily taken into custody, and an investigation was opened on suspicion of threats and resisting enforcement officers.
