Man seriously injured in altercation in Friedenfels
A 31-year-old man was seriously injured during an altercation involving several men at workers' accommodation in Friedenfels at about 2:15 a.m. on 26 April. He sustained multiple injuries to his face and upper body and was flown to hospital by rescue helicopter; his injuries were not life-threatening. Two other colleagues were also injured, one after falling from a window and another through punches. The suspected attacker fled in a vehicle. Criminal police are investigating on suspicion of attempted homicide, while the background remains unclear.
