Man threatens group with kitchen knife in Freiburg
An altercation involving several people occurred near Stühlinger Park in Freiburg at about 11 p.m. on Thursday. A suspect is alleged to have subsequently threatened a group of four people with a long kitchen knife. During a following scuffle, those involved disarmed the man; he injured his hands and initially fled. Police later provisionally detained him near the scene. Criminal police are investigating and seeking witnesses.
