Man allegedly threatened 30-year-old with utility knife at Frankfurt Airport
A man allegedly threatened a 30-year-old with a utility knife at Frankfurt Airport on 21 April. The two men had first argued in the morning in the airport's lower-level roadway over a smoking ban and encountered each other again at around 3 p.m. The man is alleged to have used the utility knife to threaten the other man before bystanders separated them.
The threatened man filed a report. Following further inquiries, police arrested the suspect the next morning but released him after police procedures were completed. Criminal proceedings are pending.
