Man arrested after knife threats in Frankfurt
A 54-year-old man allegedly threatened two men with a kitchen knife in Frankfurt-Rödelheim on 10 February. At about 19:20, police said he first knocked over a scooter in the Am Köstrich area. When the owner challenged him, the man initially left but returned shortly afterwards holding a kitchen knife and made stabbing motions from several metres away. He then allegedly threatened another man with the knife near a supermarket and briefly pursued him. Officers arrested the man and took him into custody after consulting the public prosecutor's office.
