Man threatens railway employee with knife at Flensburg station

A man allegedly threatened a railway employee at the service centre in Flensburg station on 1 February after a dispute over the issue of a ticket. According to the Federal Police, he became angry when he could not obtain a Deutschlandticket because he had no money.

He allegedly damaged items in the service centre and threw a barrier post at the employee. The post struck the employee's shoulder, causing him to stop work and seek medical treatment. As he left the station, the man allegedly said he would get a knife and stab the employee. The unidentified suspect left the station, and the Federal Police are seeking witnesses.
