Man injured with knife in attempted robbery in Euskirchen
A 36-year-old man was injured in the leg with a knife during an attempted robbery in Euskirchen on 24 February. Police said two unidentified men and an unidentified woman demanded money from him in the stairwell of an apartment building. After he refused, one of the men struck him, and he suffered the knife injury during the ensuing struggle. The three people fled without any proceeds. The injured man was taken to hospital by ambulance, while an initial search was unsuccessful.
