Attempted knife robbery in Eschborn
Two men posing as parcel delivery workers allegedly attempted to rob a 41-year-old resident in Eschborn on 4 June. After she tried to close the door, a second man allegedly tried to force her into the detached house while displaying a knife.
The woman resisted and suffered minor injuries during the confrontation. The men fled in different directions without taking anything. Police arrested a 38-year-old suspect shortly afterwards, but released him after police procedures were completed. His alleged accomplice was initially not found, and criminal police are investigating.
