Armed robbery at supermarket in Emmerich am Rhein
According to police, two offenders armed with a knife robbed a Netto supermarket in Emmerich am Rhein-Elten at about 06:00 on 22 June. They surprised employees at the store and took an as yet unknown amount of cash. They then fled on foot from the premises towards a park or kindergarten. Police continued their measures at the scene and are seeking witnesses.
