Man allegedly threatened three people with knife outside school in Emden
A 21-year-old man allegedly threatened three people verbally and by displaying a knife outside a school on Steinweg in Emden on 15 December. Police said that a physical confrontation then took place. Officers found witnesses and the suspect nearby, while two victims were no longer at the scene. Police have asked the three people who had been at the bicycle stands outside the sports hall to come forward.
