Man threatens passers-by with kitchen knife in Emden
A 29-year-old man allegedly threatened several passers-by with a kitchen knife in central Emden and near Faldern Bridge at about 8 a.m. on 7 May. Police recorded the incident at the scene and established the identities of the suspect and those affected. As many people were in the area, police are seeking further witnesses.
