Residents threatened with butterfly knife in Aue
A 20-year-old man is alleged to have threatened two residents in Aue with a butterfly knife early on 7 May. Police said he had first kicked the entrance door of an apartment building in an apparent attempt to get inside. When a 27-year-old man told him to leave, he allegedly struck him in the head. A 48-year-old resident intervened, and while the two men restrained the attacker, the suspect allegedly picked up a butterfly knife that had fallen from his pocket and raised it at them. The 48-year-old sustained a hand injury. Officers located the suspect nearby, and he is being investigated, including on suspicion of dangerous bodily harm.
