Two men arrested after petrol station robbery in Eggebek
During a robbery at a petrol station on Stapelholmer Weg in Eggebek at about 9:20 p.m. on 25 January, an offender threatened the sole employee with a knife. He made the employee open the cash register and took a high three-digit sum of cash. He then fled with an accomplice who had waited outside the sales area. Police stopped two people, seized cash and a knife from them, and provisionally arrested them. The 42-year-old suspected main offender was later brought before a court and released subject to conditions; the 22-year-old second detainee was also released after police measures were completed.
