Man threatens partner with knife in Eberswalde
Police were called to Ringstraße in Eberswalde on the morning of 4 December 2025 after a man allegedly became violent towards his partner and threatened her with a knife. The 48-year-old woman escaped from the apartment. Officers seized two firearms, ammunition, and a slingshot with steel balls from the apartment; whether the firearms were live still had to be determined. The 68-year-old tenant is expected to account for the items.
